The specific services, scope, and fees for your business are confirmed with you during your consultation and in the agreement or invoice we provide.
Our services are for businesses. By signing up, you confirm you have the authority to act for your business and to give us the access and content we need.
Delays or missing information on your side may delay our work.
Fees, payment methods, the card processing surcharge, and cancellation are described in our Billing and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.
We work hard to help your business get found. However, search rankings, map rankings, AI assistant recommendations, website traffic, phone calls, and reviews depend on factors we do not control, including Google and other third-party platforms. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, result, or number of leads.
The Free Google Audit is provided for information only. It is based on publicly available Google data at the moment it runs, so results can change and may not be fully accurate or complete. It is not a guarantee of future rankings, calls, or results.
By requesting an audit, you agree that we may contact you about it and about our services by phone and email, and by text message if you prefer text or have agreed to it. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to stop texts.
We help you ask for reviews and respond to them, and we can flag reviews that appear to violate a platform’s policies. Decisions about whether a review is removed belong to the platform, not to us. We do not post fake reviews or offer to do so.

You may cancel as described in the Billing and Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or end services if payment is not received, if you break these terms, or if we cannot continue providing the services lawfully.
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Premier Media will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim related to our services will not exceed the fees you paid us in the three months before the event that caused the claim.
You agree to defend and hold Premier Media harmless from claims arising from content you give us, your use of our services in violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
